Beginning at a 2 inch pipe in concrete, marked #792, at the southwest corner of this parcel of land and on the north side of Government Main Road, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to GovernmentTriangulation Station "Kapaaiki" being 5,178.14 feet South and 883.17 feet East and running by azimuths measured clockwise from True South:
1. 186° 18" 22" 659.10 feet along Lots 8 and 20-A, Land Court Application 1332;
2. 4° 47" 22" 657.99 feet along the remainder of Royal Patent 3371, Land Commission Award 9781 to Keliileolea;
3. 91° 53" 36" 17.47 feet along the north side of Government Main Road to the point of beginning and containing an area of 5,739 square feet
