Exhibit "A"

All of that certain parcel of land (being all of Land Commission Award No. 5521-B to Kanewaa) situated approximately 900 feet westerly of Honopou stream and 3,600 feet southerly of the sea pali at Honopuu[sic], Hamakauloa [sic], Makawao, Island and County of Maui, State of Hawaii, described as follows:

Beginning at a concrete monument at the northwesterly corner of this parcel of land, being also a westerly corner of a Government remnant (TMK: 2-0-03:020), and being also the southwesterly corner of Land Commission Award 5522-B, Apana 2, to Kaopu, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station “Kapuai” being 8,191.20 feet North and 10,099.84 feet East and running by azimuths measured clockwise from true South; thence.

1. 264° 44' 319.35 feet along Land Commission Award 5522-B, Apana 2 to Kaopu to a concrete monument; thence
2. 38° 41' 291.54 feet along a Government remnant (TMK: 2-0-03:020) to a concrete monument; thence,
3. 64° 29' 206.50 feet along Land Commission Award 5521, Apana 2 to Nakaikuaana to a concrete monument; thence,
4. 190° 00' 291.70 feet along a Government remnant (TMK: 2-0-03:020) to the point of beginning and containing an area of 1.332 acres.
