Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to quiet Land Titles, did, by its decision, award by Land Commission Award No. 281B to Ali, an estate in Fee Simple in the land hereafter described, and
Whereas, application has been made to the Board of Land and Natural Resources by Herbert Loui and Alberta Loui, husband and wife, whose address is 1644 Ulupii Street, Kailua, Hawaii 96734, claiming to be the present owner of a portion of land covered by Land Commission Award No. 281B to Ali; andsaid land for a Patent covering same, and
Whereas, the award was made by survey, the description of which is found on pages 456 and 457, of Volume 10 of Land Commission Awards, on file in the Department of Land and Natural Resources; State of Hawaii, and
Whereas, there is no government commutation due thereon.
Now, Therefore, the State of Hawaii, in conformity with the laws of the State of Hawaii, by this Patent makes known to all men that it has this day granted and confirmed absolutely, in Fee Simple, unto Ali, all the land situate at Omaopio in the District of Kula, Island of Maui, State of Hawaii, bounded and described as follows:
