Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to quiet Land Titles, did, by its decision, award by Land Commission Award No. 5696, Apana 1 to Kaopukauila, an estate in Fee Simple in the land hereafter described, and
Whereas, application has been made to the Board of Land and Natural Resources by John Silva, a married man, as tenant in severalty, whose address is 1420 Kapalama Avenue, Honolulu, Hawaii 96817, claiming to be the present owner of said land for a Patent covering same, and
Whereas, the award was made by survey, the description of which is found on pages 671 and 672,of Volume 5 of Land Commission Awards, on file in the Department of Land and Natural Resources; and
Whereas, there is no government commutation due thereon.
Now, Therefore, the State of Hawaii, in conformity with the laws of the State of Hawaii, by this Patent makes known to all men that it has this day granted and confirmed absolutely, in Fee Simple, unto Kaopukauila, all the land situate at Holualoa in the District of North Kona, Island of Hawaii, State of Hawaii, bounded and described as follows:
