Whereas, application has been made to the Board of Land and Natural Resources by Maui Land and Pineapple Company, Inc., claiming to be the present owner of said land for a Patent covering same, and
Whereas, the award was made by survey, the descriptions of which is found on page 523, of Volume 6 of Land Commission Awards, on file in the office of the Department of Land and Natural Resources, and
Whereas, pursuant to the Act of August 6, 1850, there is no government commutation due thereon.
