Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to quiet Land Titles, did, by its decision, award by Land Commission Award No. 11216, Apana 30 M. Kekaunonohi [sic], an estate in Fee Simple in the land hereafter described, and
Whereas, application has been made to the Board of Land and Natural Resources by Kehena Beach, Inc., a Hawaii corporation, claiming to be the present owner of a portion of said land for a Patent covering same, and
Whereas, a Certificate of Boundaries defining the entire area of the award has been filed in the Department of Land and Natural Resources and is numbered 147, and
Whereas, there is no government commutation due thereon.
Now, Therefore, the State of Hawaii, in conformity with the laws of the State of Hawaii, by this Patent makes known to all men that it has this day granted and confirmed absolutely, in Fee Simple, unto M. Kekauonohi, all the land situate at Puuokumau in the District of North Kohala, Island of Hawaii, State of Hawaii, bounded and described as follows:
