Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to quiet Land Titles, did, by their decision, award by Land Commission Award No. 8559B, Apana 6 to William C. Lunalilo, an estate of Freehold less than Allodial in the land hereinafter described, and
Whereas, application has been made to the Board of Land and Natural Resources by Richard P. Smart (unmarried), claiming to be the present owner of said land for a Patent covering same, and
Whereas, the Government Commutation was released by Resolution of the Privy Council dated August 27, 1850, for the surrender by him of various lands to the Government as set forth in Volume 10, Page 476, of Land Commission Awards, and
Now, Therefore, the State of Hawaii, in conformity wi ....
