Land Patent No. S-8541 Issued in Confirmation of Land Commission Award.

Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to quiet Land Titles, did, by their decision, award by Land Commission Award No. 11215:2 to Aarona Kealiiahonui, an estate of Freehold less than Allodial in the land hereinafter described, and

Whereas, application has been made to the Commissioner of Public Lands Boardof Land and Natural Resources by Magoon Estate, Limited,claiming to be the present owner of a portion of said land for a Patent covering same, and

Whereas, this Award was made by name only and a proper description of survey of a portion thereof has been filed with the Department of Land and Natural Resources, and

Whereas, the Government Commutation due on that portion of said Award hereinafter described, including interest and statutory fee amounting to Seventy-six and 85/100 Dollars ($76.85), has been paid at the Department of Land and Natural Resources,

Now, Therefore, the Governor of ....

To Have and to Hold the above granted Land in Fee Simple absolute unto the said Aarona Kealiiahonui and the heirs and assigns of the said Aarona Kealiiahonui forever,

In Witness Whereof, the Governor of the Territory State of Hawaii, has hereto set his hand and caused the Great Seal of the Territory State to be hereunto affixed, this 5th day of June A.D. 1961.
