Land Patent No. 8529 Issued In Confirmation of Land Commission Award
Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to quiet Land Titles, did, by their decision, award by Land Commission Award No. 5930 to Puhalahua, an estate of Freehold less than Alodial in the land hereafter described, and
Whereas, application has been made to the Commissioner of Public Lands by Chinn Ho, Frank Orville Boyer and Emil Cornelius Peters, Trustees under that certain deed of trust executed by Mark Alexander Robinson and Mary Hart Robinson, dated July 30, 1953 and recorded in the Bureau of Conveyances in Liber 2720, pages 352-376, claiming to be the present owners of said land for a Patent covering same, and
Whereas, said land is a portion of Land Commission Award 5930, being also a portion of Certificate of Boundaries No. 43, Part 3, Oahu, on file in the Office of the Commissioner of Public Lands, and
Whereas, the Government Commutation thereon, amounting to $21.99, plus interest and statutory fee of $80.63, making a total of One Hundred Two and 62/100 Dollars ($102.62[)] has been paid at the Office of the ....
