Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to quiet Land Titles, did, by their decision, award by Land Commission Award No. 8525B, Part 2 to Julia Alapai Kauwa, an estate of Freehold less than allodial in the land hereafter described, and
Whereas, application has been made to the Commissioner of Public Lands by James K. Jarrett, claiming to be the present owner of said land for a Patent covering same, and
Whereas, said land is a portion of Land Commission Award 8525B, Part 2, being also a portion ofLot 1, Certificate of Boundaries No. 89 , O ....
