Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to quiet Land Titles, did, by their decision, award by Land Commission Award No. 191 to M. Kekauonohi no L. Haalelea, an estate of Freehold less than Allodial in the land hereafter described, and
Whereas, application has been made to the Commissioner of Public Lands by Schuman Carriage Company, Limited, the present owner of a portion of said land for a Patent covering same, and
Whereas, this Award, of which the parcel hereinbelow is a part, the description of which is found on Page 1570, of Volume 2 of Land Commission Awards, on file in the Office of the Commissioner of Public Lands, and
Whereas, the Government commutation thereon, including int ....
