Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to quiet Land Titles, did, by their decision, award by Land Commission Award No. 3410 to Poka an estate in Fee Simple in the land hereafter described;
And Whereas, application has been made to the Commissioner of Public Lands by The Waimea Sugar Mill Co., present owner, for a patent of the land herein described, and
Whereas, there is no Government commutation due, now;
Therefore, the Governor of the Territory of Hawaii, in conformity with the Laws of the United States of America and of the Territory of ....
