Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to quiet Land Titles did by Land Commission Award No. 8452 award to A. Keohokaloe an estate of Freehold less than Allodial in the land hereafter described;
And, Whereas, proper application has been made to the Commissioner of Public Landsby Curtis P. Iaukea, Managing Trustee, Liliuokalani Trust on behalf of the Liliuokalani Trust, present owner of a portion of the Lele of Hamohamo, Waikiki, Kona, Honolulu, Oahu, for a Patent of the land herein described, and a Certificate of Boundaries defining same having been duly filed, and whereas, the Government commutation in said Lele of Hamohamo has been settl ....
