Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to quiet Land Titles did by Land Commission Award No. 7762 By metes and bounds -award to Kaninaualii, an estate of Freehold less than Allodial in the land hereafter described,
And whereas proper application has been made to the Commissioner of Public Lands byPaia Naki for a Patent to the herein described land, and the Government Commutation therein in the sum of Fifty-five ($55.00) Dollars has been paid,

To have and to hold the above granted land in Fee Simple, absolute unto the said Kaninaualii, and his heirs and assigns forever.
In Witness whereof, The Governor of the Territory of Hawaii, has hereto set his hand and caused the Great Seal of the Territory to be hereunto affixed, this 17th day of February, A.D. 1911.
