Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to quiet Land Titles did by Land Commission Award No. 11215 Lots A, B, 1 and 3 award to Keliiahonui, an estate of Freehold less than Allodial in the land hereafter described,

And whereas proper application has been made to the Commissioner of Public Lands by Mary E. Foster for a Patent to the herein described land, and whereas a certificate of boundaries defining the same has been duly filed, and the Government Commutation thereon amounting to One Hundred and Seventeen ($117.00) Dollars has been paid

Therefore, the Governor of the Territory of Hawaii, in conformity with the Laws of the
United States of America and of the Territory of Hawaii, by this Patent ma ....
