ROYAL PATENT.
Upon Confirmation Of The Land Commission

WHEREAS, The Board of Commissioners to quiet Land Titles have by their decision awarded unto The Minister of the Interior in accordance with an act passed on the 24th day of August 1860. For the relief of certain Konohikis, awarded unto Paniani, an estate of Freehold less than Allodial, in and to the Land hereafter described, and whereas

Proper application having been made by Mrs. Sinclair, the present occupier of said land viz.: 1/2 Koula, situated in the Ahupuaa of Hanapepe, Island of Kauai, for a Royal Patent for said land and all fees thereon having been duly paid

THEREFORE, Lunalilo [insert] Kalakaua, by the Grace of God, King of the Hawaiian Islands, by this Royal Patent, makes known unto all men, that he has, for himself and his successors in office, this day granted and given absolutely, in Fee Simple unto Paniani all that certain piece of Land situate at Koula Hanapepe, in the island of Kauai, and desc ....

In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the Great Seal of the Hawaiian Islands to be affixed, this 30th day of October, 1877.
