Royal Patent Upon Confirmation of the Land Commission.

Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to Quiet Land Titles have by their decision awarded unto M. Kekauonohi, No. 11216 an estate of Freehold less than Allodial, in and to the land hereafter described, and whereas W.C. Lane, the present occupier of the Ahupuaa of Makao has presented to the Minister of Interior, a certificate of the Commissioner of Boundaries for the Island of Oahu, defining the boundaries of said Ahupuaa of Makao in accordance with the provis ....

To have and to hold the above granted land in Fee Simple, unto the said M. Kekauonohi, her Heirs and Assigns forever, subject to the taxes to be from time to time imposed by the Legislative council, equally upon all landed property held in Fee Simple.
