Whereas the Board of Commissioners to Quiet Land Titles have by their decision awarded unto Stephen Reynolds Claim No. 630, an estate of Freehold less than Allodial in and to the land hereafter described and whereas it has been made to appear that on the Twenty-third day of July Eighteen Hundred and Fifty the said Stephen Reynolds transferred all his right, Title and interest in and to said land to Henry Harris.
