Kanemo, sworn by the Bible, My hearsay is that the coconut was for Kaanemaikou. Kamaka was subject to him and Kanemaikou had given him the coconut to plant and he planted it as he had been directed to do so. Namauu had felt that this was his right to take (the coconuts). That is what I have heard.

Namauu reported that he had possession of that coconut when Liliha's governorship was terminated.
