N.R. 410v6

To the Land Commissioners: I hereby tell of my land in East Maui. 160 fathoms of one side and 32 fathoms of another side have a completed stone wall, but most of it is not walled because the land been lost to the foreigner, Mr. Gibson /?illegible/. The Minister of the Interior took it and sold it to that foreigner.

Wahie and Kahunaaiole and Holowaa gave me that land in 1846 in the month of June. I gave my money for making the fence. I desire to have this land returned to me, to secure it for myself and my heirs.
