Greetings to the Land Commissioners: I have a claim in the Ahupua`a of Kupeke by Island of Molokai. The name of my `ili is Anua. It is 40 /fathoms?/ long by 13 wide. The name of the `ili to the eastward is Ohialele, for Kaiaea, and the name of the `ili below, or down wind, is Hookahi, for Kauku. My occupancy has been from ancient times. I have cultivated it and also gone to the po`alima and other tax labor days, and at this time /am exempt because of having more than three/ children.
