To all the Land Commissioners, Greetings to you all: I hereby write you my claims for Land, on the Island of Oahu at Koolauloa in the Ahupua`a at Kaluanui. In the `Ili of Naanela is a small sweet potato kula, bounded on the north and east by the kula land of Pakeu, on the south by a pali, on the west by Kapiioho's kula land.
Another kula land is at Kahai, an `Ili which is different. One kula land claim, bounded on the north by Kekaahiki's kula land, on the east by Kapiio ....

At Kihewapuupuu is another lo`i place, this is a separate `Ili. It is bounded on the north by Pakeu's land, on the east by Koloakea's land, on the south by Kalaaupalau's land, on the west by the land of Kamaala.
