.... ku had given it to Sapati (Robinson) and it was he who had a sale with Richard in the year 1829 and they had divided this price of land into two parcels, one piece of which was sold to Kemepala and to another foreigner. Fifteen years ago they had given me custody when they had gone whaling and when they returned they had a sale with George Bush. The testimony is for number four, the interest of Keoki Pele [George Pelly L for that property, that is adjacent to this place.

Komo, sworn by the Word of God and stated, I have seen that parcel of property belonging to Keoki Puki [George Bush] and where Keoki Paka (Puki) is living now. I have a parcel of land, too, of that property and S. Kamepala (Kimbole) and I jointly had a sale with Richard. I have not written my name on the bill of sale giving that property to Keoki (George Bush) Puki because I was not on this land at that time but I am now consenting to that sale to Puki (Bush). I am relinquishing permanently my interest in that property. I have not seen anyone objecting to him.
