I, Paki, do hereby lease a parcel of land in this city of Honolulu. The boundaries of said land are:

Beginning at the southeast corner, running to the northeast 33 f /feet?/ the width, then turning and running northwest, 63F, the length, thence turning and running southwest 42 F, the width, and thence turning and running to the place of beginning, 67 feet is the length. These are the boundaries of said land. Said land is conveyed to Thomas Cummins as a place of residence, and his heirs and successors, with protection for 25 years from the day of signature of this instrument. However, he shall not distill spirit, nor vend it on said land, and he shall pay to Paki and ....
