This is one of the claims sent in by M. Kenui 28th January 1848.

M. Kenui, sworn, I know the lands of the claimant. They are in three pieces in Kahakuloa.

No. 1 is a house lot in Kakapa 1.
No. 2 is one loi in Kaopilopilo.
No. 3 is kalo land in Kapolalau.

The claimant received these lands from his father, Mahoe, in the days of Liholiho 1823. His title is not disputed, but there is a konohiki loi in the piece No. 3.
