Kiokio, sworn, knows Claimant's land. It is an ili called Kukuihoihoi in Ahupuaa of Makaweli & bounded:

Mauka by Makaweli River
Hanapepe, Makai & Mana by pali Kaehuiki.

I gave this land to Claimant when I was Konohiki of Makaweli in 1846 & his title is not disputed. Israel Pehu confirms the testimony just given.
