.... this land long ago since 1848. I have been living with Kaeo in Laimi of Nuuanu and my land has been lying vacant. A foreigner is now cultivating it under the Konohiki.
Decision: Kaneakaehu's claim as noted above had been put aside and from this day forward it has been conveyed to the konohiki forever.
