Greetings to all you Land Commissioners: I have a claim which is hereby stated, in the Ahupua`a of Waialua by Island of Molokai.

I will tell you of my right of occupancy: Keaumalahia, who is dead, Namilo who is dead - he was not dispossessed - those makuakanes of mine went to Kamehameha III and placed the land with me, since I was their own keiki.

I also have a kula whose dimensions and diagram I will show, and its name. Its length is 5 chains 5 feet 1 yard 1 foot, and its width is 4 chains 3 fathoms 1 yard 1 foot. Here is the diagram: /none shown/.
