Greetings to the Land Commissioners: I have a claim for land in the `ili of Ninimimi, for Naamalua, in the Ahupua`a of Halawa, on the Island of Molokai.

The land has been occupied from ancient times. Paia, the konohiki, gave it to my makuas, and I am the heir to the land. Timoteo is the present konohiki. I formerly went to the po'alima labor days but at this time am excused. We have occupied and cultivated this land until the present. This is taro land, and also there is a cultivated. The kula is 152 fathoms long by 55 fathoms and a yard in width.
