To the Land Commissioners: I hereby state my claim for land. I have an 'ili named [Left blank] in the Ahupua'a of Manawai on the Island of Molokai. I have some taro lo'i and the kula also.

The length of those lo'is is 36 fathoms by 14 fathoms. The adjoining lands are Kapipa, for Kapano on one side, and Aweoweo is on one side. One side of those lo'is is for the konohiki.

I have some lo'is which are 17 fathoms by 9 fathoms, and my kula land is 39 and a half fathoms long by 36 fathoms wide. Another kula land is 83 fathoms long by 29 fathoms wide.

My occupancy of these claims has been from the time of Kamehameh ....
