Kealiua, sworn, said that he wrote out this claim, but there being no opportunity to send it to Oahu, it was kept till Kamakau came to take testimony, and when he called for such claim as had been written out but not forwarded to Oahu, this was brought forward, and testimony taken on it, also No. 4853L Kaopa, and No. 4848H Kailio.
