The Land Commissioners, greetings: I hereby state my claims at Anahola, island of Kauai. There are five lo`i and a kula adjoining the lo`is, and the house lot. Those are my claims.

Seven lois are written in the claim of Makaino on page 162, no. 4728, the eighth loi was from the Konohiki.

Makaino II, sworn, he has seen Haili's land, seven lois had been from Makaino previously and one loi had been from the Konohiki. He verifies Kaunahi's statements, as true and accurate and both have known similarly.
