I, the one whose name is below, hereby state to you, the Commissioners to quiet land titles, that I have an 'ili in the Ahupua'a of Kaluaaha on the Island of Molokai, which is named Kalona.

It lies from the sea to far up the mountain and its width is 104 fathoms and a yard. There are also some taro lo'i, kula, fishery and mountain in my 'ili. I acquired this land in the time when Kaupe was konohiki. Kape is the witness.

It is bounded by Hakawai on the east, for Hulu, by Pahukauila, for Aukai, on the west. It is finished. A respectful farewell to the Land Commissioners.

Waha, sworn, I know this apana of land. It is kula land at Analoa in Kaluaaha.

It is bounded:
Mauka, the land of Ueuele
Halawa, a pali
Makai, Ihu
Leeward, a stream.

This place was formerly a po`alima for the konohiki and was bartered with the konohiki, Hitchcock, in 1851, and Kamoku gave his parcels of kula land to which he had held the right formerly.
