No. 4172, Kaloulou
N.R. 91v7

Greetings to the Land Commissioners in Hawaii: I have a claim for a lot in an 'ili in the Ahupua'a of Kaluaaha on the Island of Molokai.

1. This /side/ adjoins the Government pond on the east, and is 550 feet 4 inches in length.
2. This is the side adjoining the 'ili of Hakawai, along the fence of the Missionaries, a Government road is between. This side is 284 feet 6 inches.
3. This side adjoins the 'ili of Pahukauila, and is 250 feet.
4. This side is along the stream, turning to the south and is 1,124 feet.

I received this lot from Paki. We have lived in this lot for 22 years, going on 23 years in the house which we built, and we have cultivated 9 lo'i, 2 lo'i made for the po'alima and the po'aha labor days from that time until this very time.

I, and Paki, who gave this to me, are the witnesses for this claim.

I request you, if this claim is found valid, to award it to me.

4172, Loisa Kalolou

Loisa Kalolou's house lot and patch are in the ili of Kalona of Kaluaaha.

[It is bounded]:
Mauka by road
Manae by pond
Makai by sea
Malalo by pond.

Another interest is in Elealii ili in Waialua, Koolau with Keawe.

Lands received at the time Liholiho and group was returned from England, no one has objected since that time to the present day.

Kekikoke and Loisa Kalolou have made it binding for Kekikoke's fee simple sale of Kaluaaha and this claim (Waialua, Koolalu) has remained for Loisa Kalolou.
