Hear ye, ye Land Commissioners: I am one of the persons encouraged by the Elele. I hereby state my claim in the `Ilis of Pahaa 2, and Waihi. The right was acquired as follows: Kalohi "ate" /ruled/ Haiku Two. Those lands /in Pahaa and Waihi/ went to my kupunakane, Kauhiahiwa. Kalohi was dispossessed and it passed to Kahaleohu, and Kauhiahiwa still had those lands. Kauhiahiwa died, bequeathing the ....
