To the land Commissioners: I, Nauwahi, a native born resident of Ukoa, Waialua, have a right from the makuas and also from the cousins. The first claim is Hakaai, Kawailoa Waena, with fourteen lo`i and the sweet potato kula and other things, bounded by the pali and Kahulapue's and Olopana's land.
Second, Keae, with eight lo`i bounded by the lo`is of Nakoana ma.
3. Keakeaiki, a pali wauke for me, at the pali.
4. Lahuinoho, with six lo`i, bounded by Kaukai ma's /land, and the road; the pali is on the north.
5. Ainaiki, with two lo`i, surrounded by Pueo ma's lo`is.
6. Kupalu, with two lo`i; in the middle is a lo`i for Kealohanui ma.
[7], Kuukauila, with fourteen lo`i wai /lo`is in use/ and my sweet potato mo`o, surrounded by Wewehi ma's /land/ and the stream.
8. Haoa, with sixteen lo`i and the sweet potato mala and a mala of wauke, surrounded by lo`i ko`eles and Kawiwi's land Koiniho's /lands/ and the pali.
9. Kauhiwai, Kawailoa kai, with two lo`i and the watercourse, bounded by the pali and the kula, but, on the wes ....

Apana 4 was from Poli in the time of Kinau and is undisputed. Apana I is from the parents, from the time of Kamehameha I, like Apanas 1 and 2, and it is undisputed.
