Additional witnesses for Niho's disputed land (See page 182)

Kaukahae, sworn, I am a native of Hanamaulu from his childhood to the present day. I have seen Niho's land of 4 lois and no one had objected during his life time. There was one koele loi adjoining the river. I have actually seen one koele in Niho's land and when Keo was released, the land was given to Naalualu. The four lois were then given to Niho and when Naalualu was released, the land was given to Pau, no objections to them until Keo returned again.

Kiaipoo, sworn, he has seen his land at Hanamaulu, it is true.
