F.T. 107v15
No. 3420B, Kawakipi, (from page 66)

The House Lot claimed by Kawakipi in "Paeohi" is the same as that claimed by John Pelletier No. 377.

Hauola, sworn, says this House Lot belonged in ancient times to Puali the father of Kawakipi. He lived there with his family. The origin of John Pelletier's living there was that he married the daughter of Pali and came to live with the family. He never owned the lot.

Maiki, sworn, confirms in full the testimony of last witness.

(No. 377 p. 107) ... Decided that the House Lot claimed by John Pelletier, belongs to Kawakipi No. 3420B.
