[Keoua], Being sworn, says his claim was written by Nawahinelua at Una's house & duly forwarded for Oahu in the package with his neighbors claims. Kanaeiki, sworn, says he was at Una's house when Keoua's claim was written and the testimony of Keoua in regard to it is true. Witness further says he knows the land of Claimant. It is in Kalahea and lies in four pieces.

No. 1 contains ten lois in the ili of Puuhalalu.

No. 2 is in the ili of Kalaukiela and contains twenty lois.

No. 3 is Claimant's house lot on the shore in the village of Onomilu.

No 4 is Claimant's salt Ponds also at Onomilu.

Una, assistant Konohiki of Kalahea, sworn, and related that Keona's claim is right except for the orange tree. It is for the Konohiki since the ancient time.

Keona has agreed this is true and Una has never eaten a fruit of the orange tree. It is for the Konohiki and not for him.
