The Land Commissioners, greetings: I, Hokii, a Hawaiian subject living at Koloa, island of Kauai, hereby state my claim for land. Its length is eleven chains and seven fathoms; from the watercourse to the southeast side, four chains, from the southeast to the southwest, 21 chains. The width is 4 chains; a portion of the boundary is unequal. This is my land claim, which was received from Piliwale.

Pueo, sworn, he has seen Hokii's land in west Koloa.
Section 1 - 4 lois and a pasture on the east side of Poahonu road.

Section 2 - 2 lois and a pasture on the west side of the road.

Hanapepe by Kepui's land.
Land to Hokii from Kaikioewa, where he had lived until his death without problems. The land is now for Hokii's sister Makamoa, wife of Mokuumeume. No problems to the present time.
