To the Land Commissioners, Greetings: I, the one whose name is below, hereby state my claim for land, in the `ili of Aluka, Ahupua`a at Pupukea, Island of Oahu. The first of my claims is for four sweet potato patches, 1 kula and a house site I have another place at Waimea, in the `ili of Kapau in Waimea with one lo`i. I have two lo`i in the `ili of Keauhou, and one lo`i in the `ili named Hono-awa, Waimea, Island of Oahu.

It was from his parents from the time of Kaahumanu. It is undisputed.
