Kaapa sworn: He has seen in Ponahawai ahupuaa, ½ and in Punahoa ahupuaa ½ of Hilo, Hawaii of the house lot.
Mauka is Lumaina's lot
Hamakua is street leading to the uplands
Makai is Kaapa's lot
Puna is Keaniho's lot.
This is partially enclosed and there is 1 kihapai that is adjoining the makai lot. Petero Kaaipuhi had given Ponahawai by love in 1840; no one has objected to him.
Keaniho sworn: He has known exactly as Kaapa had stated here.
