Huli, the claimant: I believe those patches should be returned to me just as they were at the time I had received them because I have not abused the land. I have always done Friday detail for the konohiki, yet this kono-hiki has taken my land without any fault on my part.

Postponed until another witness is found, but it is best to complain to the tax assessor and abide by the law of the entire land and he will settle between the konohiki and the man with the right /decision /.
