To the Land Commissioners, Greetings: I, the undersigned claimant, hereby tell of my land at Kahalekauila, an `ili in Kaneohe. There are six lo`i in my mo`o. On the east is the land of Hueu, on the west is the Iand of Naone, on the north is the land of Naone, on the south is the land of Hueu. The konohiki is Naone. I have eight lo`i adjoining the land of Hueu in the `ili of Keole. I have one lo`i adjoining the land of Kekahimoku in the `ili of Kapalai. I also have a house claim.

.... lace in question is for Keole because it adjoins to there closely without a curve. There have been no disputes for the lands whose boundary lines had been taken in the past, there have been no rejections or confusions and the land is lying in straight lines.
Alapai, sworn, (assistant konohiki) I have known that this place had been for Kahalekauuila, but I have known the boundaries of it only as an overseer.
Decision: The decision for this place over which there is a dispute has been made in favor of Kahili and the land is in Keole. Kaluau has been denied, however, this claim is for Kaluau.
