To the Land Commissioners, Greetings: I hereby tell of my claim for house lot at Kalihi, and my land clain at Pohakalawala, an `ili in Kalihi, Island of Oahu. The boundaries of the land claim are: on the north, the flowing irrigation ditch, on the east, the land of Kauhuki, on the south, the land of Kawao, on tbe west, the road. Another claim adjoins makai of Waolani's land. Another claim in the Ahupua`a, adjoins makai of Aki's land. The house- lot claim is bounded on the north by a stream, on the east by the house of Keuwiuwi, on the south by the road which goes upland, on the west by the stream. Names of tbe Land Commissioners: William L. Lee /etc./

.... auka, Honolulu and Makai, also Ewa for Kaunuohua and the house site had been idle place during the time of Kamehameha I and Luaiki's parents have lived there and Luaiki has the house lot now.

The taro land and the third section pasture land are from Kahaha given at the time of Kahaha. There have been no objections.

Section four is from Palupalu given at the time of Poki. Luaiki has the house lot now.
