To the Land Commissioners, Greetings: I, the undersigned, hereby tell of my land claim in the `ili of Kaakaukukui in Pauoa, Honolulu. It is a taro mo`o under the konohiki, consisting of nine adjoining lo`i bounded on the north by Kuaiewa's; on the east by Kuaiewa's; on the south by Kuinoino's; on the west by Pehu's and Hewahewa. My house lot claim is at Auwaiolimu, adjoining Kapaloa, a portion of Kewalo is within. It is bounded on the north by Naone's; on the east by Kewalo; on the south by Kuhia; on the west by the stream which runs along the fence.

Keaweluahi had given the house lot at the time of Kaahumanu I and since that time [s]he has lived comfortably to the present; no one has objected.

Kekuanoni, sworn, Our (two) testimonies are similar to Manaia's report; however, Kuaiwa has not definitely protested. He has had a separate interest from Hamea and they are now both living peacefully. Hamea does have a husband whose name is Palanalelo. He has no land, it is Hamea who owns the land.
