Kaaha, sworn, This land is in ili of Paakea, Waititi in 4 lots.

1. House lot having 1 house fenced with stone, bounded:
Mauka by Government fence
Waimanalo by Kekualoa's kula land, Makai, also
Ewa by Kekuanaoa's fish pond.

2. 1 kalo patch:
Mauka by Kkupa's
Waimanalo's by Paleuli ....

Section IV was acquired from Kaluahinenui in the year 1846.
Section V same as section IV.

Kaluahinenui was an overseer, the konohiki was another person, yet no one had objected.

Hawaii, sworn, I have known (about this land) just as Nakai has (about it). No one has objected.

Kaluahinenui's claim in section IV and section V of Nakai's place have been postponed to Friday. See page 257 [No. 1268]
