Know, O Land Commissioners officiating on the Island of Oahu, in the capital at Honolulu: I, Hiona, hereby tell of my house lot claim in Hilo, in the Ahupua`a called Ponahawai, stating that the dimensions are: on the makai side, 138 feet, on the Puna side, 240 feet, on the mauka side, 234 feet, on the Hilo side, 330 feet.

2 houses enclosed, 1 for Hiona, 1 for Kuakahi.
Kuahini has an interest in this lot. They are partners in Punahoa; no one has objected to them.
Kaua, sworn, He has known this claim just as Lahaina had related here, he has known Kauakahi, has interest in this place.
