Kalawaia, sworn, This land is in Waikele, Ewa, consisting of 3 pieces.

1. First, house lot, bounded:
Mauka by Kanealoa's land and on all sides - he is konohiki.
It is fenced and claimant has 1 house on it.

2. Second 1 kalo patch, bounded:
Mauka by Kanealoha's
Honolulu by Kauliokamoa's
Makai and Waianae by Likialani's land.

Claimant had these two lots from Kanealoha, I do not ....

These two sections are patches belonging to Akaakaa are from Kanealoha.

3. Niho's land is mauka and Honolulu here and makai
Kahula's land, Waianae.

This section of Akaakaa with one patch is from Niho and his (Niho) land had been from Kuapanio."
