Kaulu's land is from Kaawa during the time of Kaahumanu's reign. The land was inherited by Kaoliko at the time of Kaulu's death in the year 1848. Kaulu is the father of Kaoliko. He has five children, Kaluahiai is the second child, Kanakaole, third; Laoika (F), the fourth and the fifth child' is Kaanaana. We have heard definitely Kaulu's bequest of his land to his children and Kaoliko is the overseer."

Luana, sworn and stated, "I have seen this land and Kaulu's bequest of the property to his children exactly as Nunu has just related here."
